The story of the biscuit begins in Greece in the 5th Century. Bis-cuit being a French word meaning “baked-twice” for a longer conservation. We decided to go with the Breton recipe for the delicate taste of unsalted butter and almond flavour. Our Breton Biscuit will bear different shapes throughout the year on special occasions : heart, rabbit, star….
