Our breads are produced using artisanal methods and recipes that work best with natural flours. Slow kneading, long fermentation and stone-oven baking are key steps that our bakers follow diligently to produce bread with a traditional French taste. We select our ingredients carefully for quality. And we use local products and suppliers whenever we can.
Over the years, we have expanded our range to offer a wide variety of bakery products, including Viennese and sweet and savoury pastries, all to the finest gourmet standards. This reputation and quality of our bread has naturally led us to offer original and gourmet sandwiches.
Because freshness is our priority, we have opted to prepare most of our products on the spot at all our boutiques. These are true “Bakers` Workshops” in every sense of the word, where we continue our tradition while creating new, flavourful recipes.
